Gut Rescue is a self-paced online program designed to be a supportive guide to heal your body from the inside out.
While symptoms like heartburn, bloating, anxiety, fatigue, and immune dysfunction are common, they should not be viewed as normal. I started noticing trends with my clients, including the above symptoms, that were inhibiting their ability to function in their everyday life. I knew I had to educate them how to put a stop to it, once and for all. The root cause for all these symptoms is our gut, and once we address the root cause is when we will really begin to feel relief, rather than a temporary fix.

By the end of this class, you'll understand your body and gut much better. My goal is to have you understand which foods will be most supportive to you and which might be harmful. You'll have the tools you need to troubleshoot possible food sensitivities, why you encounter troublesome symptoms and how to eliminate them, and non-nutrition influences that directly affect your gut.

Minimum of a 3 month commitment - working on our health is a journey & can take time to see changes. This allows me to track progress, making sure we are headed down the right path, or, ample time to implement changes.
2 sessions per month: $400 / month
4 sessions per month: $800 / month

If working 1:1 doesn’t seem like a right fit but you are still in need of some direction, a Food Audit might be what you’re looking for.
You will keep a food log for 4 days (including all foods, beverages, medications & supplements taken). I will then go through and make suggestions to assist with regulating blood sugar and ensuring you are eating a well-balanced diet consisting of a variety of all macro and micro nutrients.
Including variety and balance to your meals promotes longevity and wards off disease.
